Thank you for your purchase! We appreciate your support and hope you find our materials valuable and enriching.

Because our products include books and digital downloads, all sales are final. Once your order has been processed, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds. This policy is in place because digital content cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded.

If you receive a damaged or defective physical book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at admin@buildingbetterconnections.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly work to resolve your issue quickly.
